We understand how overwhelming the decision to choose a service can be, especially during these uncertain times. At RCL Home Care, we want you to know that your safety and well-being are our top priorities. Our competent and well-trained staff are here to provide you with the care and support you need while keeping you safe.

We're all in this together and committed to making your experience with us as comforting and stress-free as possible.

WELLBEING AND CARE ASSESSMENT

To use our service, please call us at 0113 3222711 or reach us on our mobile at 0776 982 0057. Our manager or administrator will discuss your requirements and set a date that works well for everyone to conduct the assessment. We suggest that the care assessment be done in your home, where the service will be provided. The registered manager or senior member of RCL Home Care will lead this meeting. You can invite a family member, friend, or professional to attend. If you represent a family member who cannot make decisions, you must provide evidence demonstrating that you can do so on their behalf. Additionally, if you have a social worker’s assessment, bringing it to the meeting can be helpful and inform the discussion.

SERVICE AGREEMENT
We understand how important transparency and clarity are regarding service agreements. That's why we make it our priority to ensure that there are no hidden fees in our services. During our consultations, we provide a transparent price schedule that aligns with the costs discussed during the initial inquiry. This way, you can completely understand the financial aspect of our services. We also want to ensure you are comfortable with our service agreements before signing them. That's why we encourage you to read and understand them thoroughly. Our team is always available to answer any questions you may have. We believe in open communication and want to keep you informed about our services. We are confident that we can provide you with the best care possible.
